About the Game

5. What is Flight of the Hamsters?

Flight of the Hamsters is a game where you launch hamsters for distance. You have five tries to get the longest total distance you can. Don't worry about the hamsters-they love it! And while they may be daredevils at heart, they're also very mindful of safety measures.

6. How do I launch a hamster?

Just tap the screen to launch your hamster. Hint: You'll get the best launch angle if you tap the screen when the arrow is in the middle of the launch meter. While you're in the air, tap or tilt the screen to use your glide power and get a little lift. Your glide power refills when not in use.

7. How do I improve my distance?

Hitting items is the key to a good hamster flight. Rockets will boost you forward. Fans will boost you upward. Hamster balls will give you a bounce when you hit the ground-pink for a small bounce, yellow for a big bounce. Springboards will launch you back into the air. And skateboards will let you roll a short distance when you hit the ground.

8. Why doesn't the skateboard work sometimes?

If you're in a steep dive, the skateboard can't help you. But if you come in at a shallow angle, the skateboard will let you roll a little farther. If you're lucky, you might roll into a springboard that flings you back up into the air!
